We find a good onboarding very important and therefore we provide a warm welcome from our People & Culture team on your first working day! During this welcome we will introduce you to our way of working, give you a tour and introduce you to the colleagues.

Of course, the familiarisation period is longer than the first day at work. We provide a 'buddy' who is there for you for all your practical and logistical questions and a godfather or godmother who you can turn to for substantive questions and feedback. Throughout the first few months we also provide a follow-up from our People & Culture team to listen to how everything is going.
