What your day as an Application Administrator looks like:
As Application Administrator, you are a key figure in optimizing and professionalizing our digital processes. You combine in-depth technical expertise with a keen understanding of financial workflows. You are not only the first point of contact for complex application questions, but also act as an advisor for both internal employees and external customers. You translate strategic customer needs into sustainable solutions and monitor the added value of our applications.
- Point of contact and advisor for employees and external customers
- You will be the first point of contact for customers with application questions.
- You will advise on the use of financial tools such as Exact Online, Silverfin and Yuki.
- You translate customer needs into concrete solutions and ensure that applications really add value.
- Support and optimization
- You will analyze and prioritize complex questions, and ensure efficient follow-up via phone, email and our help desk system.
- You will assist clients with start-up and migration of accounting files.
- You identify areas for improvement in the application landscape and help think about optimisa-tions.
- You follow the market of financial applications and think in solutions for our customers.
- Service and cooperation
- You will be responsible for 2nd and 3rd -line support (management of tickets, internal and external).
- You will work closely with accountants and IT colleagues to streamline processes.
- You actively participate in working groups as a link between IT and end user.
- You work independently, take responsibility and are able to think strategically with colleagues and the client.
Your and-and profile
- Experience and desire
You have a higher education degree in accountancy or IT, or equivalent experience in a financial-digital environment. Experience in an advisory or support role to clients is a nice plus. - Knowledge and software
A basic knowledge of accounting is necessary to perform this position well. Experience with applications such as Exact Online, Yuki, Silverfin or other financial solutions is a strong asset. - Communication and cooperation
You communicate clearly and customer-focused, both by phone and in writing. You are a team player who also takes responsibility independently and always focuses on customer satisfaction. - Analysis and organization
With your analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, you tackle challenges efficiently. You maintain an overview, set priorities and respect deadlines.
