You combine analysis with advice
As Junior Consultant Corporate Finance You will support entrepreneurs in important financial decisions. You analyze figures, prepare valuations and forecasts, and participate in investment, financing and restructuring projects. You will build financial models, elaborate bank memorandums and assist in mergers and acquisitions. You will use your insights to support strategic choices and help companies shape their growth story. Gradually you take on more and more responsibility in dossiers and client contacts.
You work in a content and people-oriented way
You will dive deep into numbers and translate them into clear, actionable insights for entrepreneurs. You examine the feasibility of investments through budgets, forecasts and cash flow analyses and determine the value of companies through various valuation methodologies.
In addition, you advise clients on appropriate financing solutions and support them in discussions with banks and other financial partners. You look beyond numbers alone and help clients think ahead.
Your and-one profile
You have a degree in Commercial Engineering or Master's degree in TEW. Experience is not a must: we provide a thorough onboarding and training on the job.
You enjoy working independently and analytically, but also know how to clearly articulate numbers to clients and colleagues. For you, Excel feels like a familiar tool for analysis and reporting. You are eager to learn, follow economic trends and combine a structured approach with flexibility and stress resistance.
