What your day as a Junior Paralegal looks like:
- Corporate Housekeeping and customer contact
- Preparation of correct corporate reporting (such as minutes and publications in the Belgian Official Gazette);
- Assistance with the incorporation of companies: drafting or review of the articles of association and contact with clients, banks, notaries,...;
- Legal support in corporate reorganizations (dissolution, liquidation, merger, demerger ...);
- Administrative and legal support in corporate transactions.
- Legal agreements
- Preparation and review of various agreements (lease agreements, transfer of shares, loan agreements, governance agreements, etc.).
- Support in M&A filings
- Preparing due diligence checklists, requesting attestations and certificates, assisting in opening and monitoring data rooms, ...;
- Support throughout the entire acquisition process.
- Legal searches
- Conduct legal research in support of cases.

- The right diploma and eagerness to learn
You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Practice. You are motivated to learn and grow in the profession. You are eager to support clients and develop yourself within the legal field. - Structured and communicatively strong
You work accurately and organized, and you maintain an overview even when things get busy. You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and are not afraid to ask questions or ask for help when needed. - Digitally proficient and curious about innovation
You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are open to learning to use new digital tools. You like to think about how things can be more efficient (including using AI in your job) - Broadly interested and motivated
You have an interest in different areas of knowledge such as corporate law, social law, corporate finance and taxation. You are willing to work from our office in Roeselare and are looking forward to working in a dynamic team. You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you throughout your growth process.
