What Your Day as an L&D Officer Intern Will Look Like:
As an L&D Officer Intern, you’ll be part of the L&D team, the central point of contact for learning and development at Titeca. You’ll ensure that learning initiatives are not only well organized but also effectively implemented throughout the organization. You’ll combine strong organizational skills with a passion for collaboration, communication, and the learning experience. In this way, you’ll help your colleagues grow and actively contribute to a strong learning culture at Titeca.

  • Organization and Rollout of Learning Initiatives
    • You plan training programs and learning activities and monitor the timing of various programs.
    • You will coordinate the practical arrangements: invitations, registrations, rooms, materials, and digital setups.
    • You will ensure the smooth, high-quality, and consistent rollout of learning programs.
    • You oversee the entire learning experience for participants, from initial contact through follow-up.
  • Learning Culture and Engagement
    • You make learning visible, accessible, and relevant within the organization.
    • You translate the educational offerings into clear and target-audience-specific communication.
    • You keep your colleagues informed in a timely manner about relevant training programs and development opportunities.
    • You encourage participation and engagement in learning initiatives.
    • You contribute to a culture in which employees take ownership of their own development.
  • Business Needs and Collaboration
    • You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.
    • You participate in consultation sessions to identify signs and trends related to learning and development.
    • You translate learning solutions into a robust and widely supported implementation in practice.
    • You independently address specific learning questions and consult with colleagues as needed.
  • Evaluation and Improvement
    • You collect feedback and follow up on course evaluations.
    • You monitor learning data and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • You will support reporting on participation, engagement, and learning impact.
    • You help continuously improve learning initiatives based on data and feedback from the organization.
  • Structure and Quality
    • You will ensure that student records and registrations are properly maintained.
    • You will ensure the quality of operational processes and agreements.
    • You bring structure to complex schedules and maintain an overview of multiple initiatives at the same time.
    • You will help ensure a professional and reliable learning environment.
