At Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts, we are looking to strengthen our L&D team with an L&D Officer who will help build our learning culture, think about the learning needs of our colleagues and work with our L&D team to provide an inspiring learning environment. You will mainly work from Roeselare and you are willing to travel to our other offices from time to time.

- You will engage with colleagues about their external training needs and following long-term pathways.

- Administrative follow-up of external training courses
- You enroll colleagues in external training courses and are responsible for their further follow-up.
- You keep track of invoices and attestations and closely monitor their correct delivery.
- Legislation and grants
- You study the regulations concerning training and subsidies (Flemish Training Leave, FLA,...) and stay up-to-date.
- You will manage deadlines and applications for grants.
- Budget Management
- You will monitor annual training budgets and prepare the necessary reports for this purpose.
- You advise on budget consumption and future investments.
- Relationship management and collaboration
- You will liaise with various training providers and knowledge partners.
- L&D projects
- You will work with the L&D team to actively seek out new learning initiatives and forms of training.
- You identify trends and opportunities within the training landscape.
- You will help build an enthusiastic learning culture within the organization.
- You are willing to assist the other L&D colleagues from time to time in organizing our internal trainings
Required knowledge, skills and attitudes?
- Required knowledge?
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience within L&D is a plus, but not a must.
- You have digital fingers:
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook you can use smoothly;
- Experience with Sharepoint is a plus.
- Skills?
- You are communicative: You are able to convey complex information in an understandable manner and are attentive in listening to others to fully understand their needs and concerns. In addition, you can communicate constructively and diplomatically in a variety of situations. You are adept at building strong professional relationships with others.
