Do you have a keen eye for detail and are an administrative jack-of-all-trades?

As Office Assistant at Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts in the Ghent office, you will work with another fellow Office Assistant. You play an essential role in the administrative support of our Accountants. Thanks to your accuracy and structured approach, they can fully focus on their core tasks. You are the link that ensures that everything runs smoothly administratively and that clients are guided smoothly through their digital processes.

What does your day as an Office Assistant look like:

Administrative follow-up of customer files:

  • You will bring administration to perfection, carefully manage customer files and keep them up-to-date
  • With your eye for detail, you make sure everything stays correct and organized.
  • You will use your punctuality and stress-resistance to get client files completely and accurately in order, in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation.
  • Thanks to your proactive attitude you anticipate the needs of colleagues and customers. You ensure correct follow-up of tasks and deadlines. In this way you contribute to a dynamic, professional and smooth-running office operation.
  • You accompany customers personal in digital processes and optimizes administrative workflows.
  • You think about improvements in administrative processes and actively share your knowledge with colleagues.

Internal operation of the office:

  • You are ready for colleagues and visitors with a smile. You know better than anyone else how important a warm and professional first impression is and radiate that in everything.
  • You will handle reception and telephony, ensuring smooth and customer-oriented communication.
  • You will manage meeting rooms and ensure order and cleanliness in the office.
  • You will distribute and send mail, including registered letters, courier shipments and scanning work.
  • You will follow up on orders and repairs and make sure everything stays operational.
  • You will manage the office manager's agenda and keep time records.
  • You will contribute to the digitization of processes and support colleagues as needed.
  • You put collaboration first and build strong relationships with colleagues by taking care of them and actively thinking with them.

  • The right diploma and lots of enthusiasm
    You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant work experience. You communicate fluently and politely, and dare to take initiative. You are very discreet, punctual and conscientious. You have several years of experience in an administrative position.
