As Office Assistant bij Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts ben je, samen met een andere collega, het kloppend hart van ons kantoor te Ypres. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, ontvangt bezoekers met een glimlach en beheert de telefonie. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega’s met administratieve taken en sta je in voor agendabeheer. Met jouw zorgvuldigheid en discretie ben je een belangrijke schakel in het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van het kantoor.

Je bent communicatief sterk, enthousiast en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit. Daarnaast heb je een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en beschik je over een basiskennis Frans om je vlot uit de slag te trekken. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk gevoel voor orde. Discretie is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, aangezien je met vertrouwelijke informatie omgaat. Flexibiliteit is ook belangrijk, want als Office Assistant werk je in tandem met je collega. Bij voorkeur werk je voltijds en ben je dagelijks aanwezig tot 17u30. Indien je slechts 80% kan werken, verwachten wij wel je aanwezigheid op woensdag voor een vlotte kantoorwerking.
