We are looking for a motivated Senior Consultant Corporate Finance To join our team at our office in Roeselare, Ghent or Kortrijk. As a senior consultant you analyze financial data, prepare valuations and forecasts and advise companies on investments, financings and restructurings. You support M&A processes, prepares bank memoranda and performs risk and market analyses. In addition, you will work a detailed financial plan from to underpin the hairiness of strategic decisions. With a keen understanding of business operations, you help entrepreneurs achieve their growth ambitions.

You hold a Master's degree in Commercial Science, Economics, TEW or Commercial Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance. You have an extensive knowledge of Excel and get energy from drawing up financial analyses, budgets and forecasts. You enjoy managing files and clients independently, working together in self-managing teams. You have experience with project management and supervising colleagues. In addition, you are customer-oriented, analytical, proactive and stress-resistant, which allows you to switch effortlessly in dynamic and challenging environments.
