Due to our growth, we are currently looking for a Part-time Office Assistant To strengthen our Accountancy department in our office in Ghent/Merelbeke In which you will have a varied function of administrative duties.
This is where you want to "throw yourself" daily as an office assistant:
- You will be responsible for receiving visitors and phone calls in a friendly and professional manner;
- You will manage mail distribution, registered letters and courier shipments;
- You will ensure order is maintained in the office and meeting rooms;
- You will provide assistance in scanning customer files and take copies;
- When new customers start up, you take care of the necessary administration for this.
