To replace one of our colleagues during her maternity leave, we are looking for a Talent Scout (temporary for the period August 2022 to January 2023) to strengthen our People & Culture team in our head office in Roeselare. As a Talent Scout you take on an important role in strengthening the colleagues for our Titeca offices so it is important that you work regularly in all our 12 offices spread over West- & East-Flanders.

As this is a temporary role, we are also offering the opportunity for this role to be on a freelance basis.

You can identify with this:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or are a self-made man/woman who has learned tons from experience.
  • You already have Experience gained in recruitment and selection.
  • Putting employees first, being passionate about people and building a nice network of connections: you love doing that, because you have the gift of enthusing people and are fluent, open and sociable! In doing so, you also understand that discretion is key.
  • ... and you also enjoy being structured with numbers and performing administrative work.
  • You have a strong feel for the social & personal side of HR. You love selection, recruitment and Employer Branding....
  • The accounting/advisory-world doesn't stand still, that's why you like to keep gaining knowledge intensively.
  • You possess talents such as strength architect, growth engine, convener, opportunity generator, plan maker....
  • You are a enthusiastic go-getter who loves to get results.
  • There's no I in team, you understand that like no other. Together with your team members you move mountains. That this sometimes requires some flexibility, is something you take for granted.


This is what you want to "throw yourself" at on a daily basis:

  • Are you responsible for initiating a qualitative influx of new talent? You do it from A to Z. You draw up vacancy texts and know how to publish them on the right channels (including social media). You manage the applications, screen the candidates and also conduct the selection interviews in our various offices.
  • You will select and recruit various profiles for our different offices with a focus on a match with our PRO values (professionalism, proactivity, productivity, personal)
  • You succeed in getting all the candidates each time With your exuberant enthusiasm, be able to get candidates excited about Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts.
  • A network is worth its weight in gold, you know that! You will build a strong network through different channels (colleges, universities, student associations,...) to increase the influx of candidates.
  • At recruitment events or job fairs you will make Titeca shine in a positive way. You love to roll up your sleeves and make sure we are present at all events.
  • Both to candidates and employees, you believe it is important as a People & Culture department to quality and personality radiate. You are committed, conduct follow-up interviews and are a true confidant.
  • Employer branding is 'big' on social media. Together with the Marketing department and your HR colleagues, you provide input for dynamic online campaigns.
  • People & Culture projects and processes you will help optimize, develop and implement.
  • You love coming up with creative (sometimes crazy) ideas on how to get the Titeca brand out there in different, better, innovative ways.
