Titeca pro accountants & experts is taking the next step in its sustainable growth story. By joining forces with A&B Partners Oudenaarde, Titeca fills in a blind spot in the Flemish Ardennes, and strengthens its position in East Flanders. The expansion fits perfectly with its long-term strategic vision: local presence to personally assist entrepreneurs throughout their entire life cycle.

With A&B Partners Oudenaarde, Titeca brings on board an established name within the accountancy sector, with a 40-odd employees, spread across offices in Oudenaarde and Brakel. Both organizations share a similar vision of entrepreneurship: personal, involved and focused on creating sustainable added value for entrepreneurs.

Strengthening local anchoring

With the integration of A&B Partners Oudenaarde, Titeca is further expanding its presence in East Flanders. This geographical strengthening is a conscious choice, because proximity to entrepreneurs and local involvement are always central.

“This move fits perfectly with our strategy,” says Jurka Vanthournout, CEO at Titeca pro accountants & experts. “We want to be as close to the entrepreneur as possible. With our offices in Aalter, Ghent, Lokeren and Wetteren we were already prominent in East Flanders. Thanks to A&B Partners Oudenaarde, we are now adding Oudenaarde and Brakel to our network.”

Continuity for customers

Little will change for the customers of A&B Partners Oudenaarde. They can still visit their trusted contacts in the Oudenaarde and Brakel offices. Also, the directors of A&B Partners Oudenaarde, Kim Bollez, Jeroen Opsomer and Johan Bostyn, remain on board to ensure continuity.

At the same time, the integration into Titeca opens up additional opportunities. Customers will now have access to a broader multidisciplinary expertise. Within Titeca, they can rely on one strong organization that provides them with integral guidance for legal, tax, financial and strategic issues what they face as entrepreneurs.

“The essence remains the same: a personal and committed approach,” said Kim Bollez. “But this integration allows us to surround and support our clients even more strongly where needed.”

Shared values as a foundation

“An integration only works if you shares the same DNA”, adds Jurka. “With A&B Partners, we found a partner who shares our vision of entrepreneurship and sustainable, human relationships. These shared values give us confidence in this new chapter: together we are stronger.”

With this step, Titeca confirms its ambition to continue building a forward-looking organization, in which local anchoring and broad expertise go hand in hand.
