Then you may be the HR Advisor who we are looking for at Titeca Pro Experts (TPE). In this role you combine your knowledge of Hard HR with practical, people-oriented approach. You support entrepreneurs with a hands-on approach to further develop their human resource management.
What your day as an HR Advisor looks like:
As an HR Advisor, your job content consists of three strong components which together provide total advice to entrepreneurs:
- Compensation & Benefits
You will think about how compensation can be used strategically as an engine for growth:- You advise on payroll optimizations, subsidies and tax benefits.
- You develop compensation structures tailored to the business.
- You will make payroll calculations and assist in the development of sustainable payroll policies.
- Customized social legal advice
You are the point of contact for business owners and translate complex legislation into clear, actionable insights:- You will draft legal documents such as agency agreements, policies and resignation letters.
- You will assist clients with social inspections and conduct proactive audits.
- You track social law current events and share relevant updates with clients and colleagues.
- You will collaborate on multidisciplinary files such as acquisitions and restructurings.
- HR Strategy and Policy
You support entrepreneurs in rolling out strong HR policies that align with their vision:- You assist in writing out job and competency profiles, organizational charts career paths.
- You will collaborate on evaluation policies, on boarding, employer branding and training plans.
