As Consultant - Financial and Tax Due Diligence at Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts, you play a key role in mergers, acquisitions and investment projects. You will review accounting, financial and tax data, coordinate other areas of research, then identify risks and opportunities to advise our clients through clear and informed insights.

Actively participate in the financial, accounting and tax part of due diligence assignments within buy and sell side M&A transactions.
Analyzing complex financial data and discovering valuable insights.

identify critical risks and gain in-depth insight into the value drivers and performance of companies.
With your analyses, add effective value to transactions by clearly translating findings into possible price adjustments and/or into additional guarantees for our clients.
identify not only financial, but also non-financial risks and opportunities so that clients can make informed strategic decisions within a transactional context.

analyze and clearly present financial and tax data such as income statements, balance sheets and cash flows, returns so that clients have a clear picture of a company's financial and fiscal health.
assess valuation measures such as EBITDA, working capital and financial debt and thereby help optimize decision-making processes.

And also because of this:
With a master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in audit and/or other M&A-related activities, you have the expertise necessary to thoroughly understand financial, tax and economic processes. You have strong accounting and tax skills and extensive knowledge of corporate finance, enabling you to provide in-depth analysis and valuable insights. In addition, you are well versed in MS Office and data analysis tools.
