For our brand new business line Titeca Pro Flex aimed at sole proprietors, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the flex-team. Together we are building an innovative, digital service that really makes a difference.
🧩 What does your role involve?
As a member of the flex team, you are our clients' virtual companion. You follow them up proactively, keep an eye on things and ensure that everything runs smoothly and correctly. Customer contact does not put you off - on the contrary, you get energy from supporting entrepreneurs.
Your duties:
- Checking documents and entries for completeness and accuracy
- Identifying irregularities or ambiguities
- Collaborate to complete files in a timely and accurate manner
- Thinking along about optimizations in the post-audit process
- Annual profit statement preparation and PB filing
- Answering customer questions within their chosen service package
- Provide follow-up on actions taken by customers in their self-service package
🎯 What do we expect from you?
- You have an eye for detail and work efficiently and accurately
- You have experience with or interest in sole proprietorships
- You are familiar with digital tools and are open to working in a self-service environment and onboarding new customers in it
- You communicate clearly and constructively with customers
