What does your day as a File Manager look like:
As File Manager You are the internal driving force behind correct and complete accounting. You think along about how processes can be smarter and more efficient and dare to look critically at the current operation. Together with the customer manager you form a tandem and ensure that the customer is always central.
- More than processing numbers:
You periodically update client figures. You oversee the accuracy and completeness of the accounting output through targeted checks. The following tasks belong to your function:- Check completeness of accounting records;
- Standard checks from VAT eye viewpoint;
- Processing write-offs;
- Keep open customer and supplier items up-to-date;
- Waiting accounts markdown;
- Control of processing sodas - wage agreement;
- Processing Loans/Leasings;
- Perform fixed entries (commissions, etc.);
- Financial transaction processing;
- ...
- Focus on precision & analysis:.
You focus on the numbers as well as the real-time accounting of the entrepreneur. You work with modern accounting software.

- A relevant degree and lots of enthusiasm
You preferably enjoyed an education as an Accountant through Syntra, a Degree in Accounting Administration or Bachelor in Accountancy & Taxation. An equivalent education is also fine. What counts for us is your drive to grow and make an impact. Accurate administration gives you energy. - Strong with numbers and digital feeling
You are not only numerically strong, but also have a pronounced digital reflex. You feel at home in modern software and new tools do not scare you. In addition, you enjoy working together, always put the customer first and think critically about improvements. - Accurate and flexible
