Consequently, all temporary unemployment due tothe coronapandemic or the conflict in Ukraine (even if it would have been before 01/04/2022) can be considered until 30/06/2022 as temporary unemployment due to force majeure. The affected employers will be able to rely on the same simplified procedure.
It could be, for example, a mandatory quarantine of a worker who is not sick, a lack of work resulting from the loss of a sales market or a drastic shortage of raw materials due to an imposed trade embargo, a production halt due to excessively expensive energy prices, etc.
