What Your Day as an AI Consultant Will Look Like:
As an AI Consultant, you’ll play a key role in implementing AI at Titeca. You’ll take AI solutions from concept to production and ensure they’re effectively used in practice. You’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of how employees work and where AI can truly support them. You serve as a bridge between IT and the business, translating needs into concrete, practical solutions.
- Building and Implementing AI Solutions
- You will build and implement AI solutions—such as automations, agent-based workflows, and hybrid human-AI workflows—on our platform and ensure they are properly integrated with APIs and the data platform
- You translate business needs into concrete applications within our platform and ensure that solutions are stable and scalable
- You ensure that solutions not only work, but are also practical for day-to-day operations
- Advice and Technology Choices
- You actively monitor developments in AI and translate them into opportunities for Titeca.
- You distinguish between experiments and scalable solutions.
- You not only provide advice on tools and solutions, but also carefully weigh the impact, risks, and feasibility within the organization.
- Foster Care and Adoption
- You will guide employees through the AI transformation and help them use AI effectively.
- You'll work with L&D on training and knowledge sharing.
- You build support and ensure that AI solutions are effectively integrated into processes
- You’ll help the organization not only implement AI, but also embed it sustainably into its way of working.
- Integration and Collaboration
- You will select and integrate AI solutions and tools into the IT landscape and ensure that they integrate seamlessly with existing systems
- You will select and integrate AI solutions and tools into our IT environment.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues from development, data, workplace, and applications to ensure that systems, integrations, and data are aligned.
- You ensure that AI solutions are seamlessly integrated with APIs, the data platform, and available datasets
- You'll work with Product Owners on transformation initiatives

- You ensure the reliability, quality, and impact of AI solutions.
- You ensure the safe and GDPR-compliant use of AI.
- You ensure transparency, oversight, and explainability, as well as the responsible use of AI in processes.
- You will translate GDPR and AI guidelines into concrete applications within the organization, while ensuring the safe and responsible use of AI
Your and-and profile
- Experience and desire
You have experience building and implementing AI solutions in a professional setting. You’re energized by new technology and are committed to making AI a reality within an organization. - Knowledge and Technology
You have extensive knowledge of AI and LLMs and are familiar with frameworks, automation, and integrations. You have proven experience with the Microsoft/Azure AI stack and can build solutions within a Microsoft-first environment. Knowledge of Python is a strong asset. - Consulting and Communication
You can clearly explain technical decisions to both IT and business teams. You engage colleagues in the change process and ensure clear communication about opportunities and impacts. - Analysis and Approach
You think pragmatically and are results-oriented. You can quickly switch between conceptual and operational modes while always keeping the ultimate goal in mind. - Collaboration and Independence
You take responsibility and work independently, but actively seek to collaborate with colleagues. You actively contribute to the continued growth of AI within Titeca.
