In the job as Office Assistant in Ypres, you will join a growing company that pays attention to a pleasant & open corporate culture. Do you like to offer all-round support to your colleagues? Do you have an eye for detail? Then apply immediately for this vacancy!

On the one hand, you are responsible for the administrative support of your colleagues with the following tasks:

  • You start new files administratively and arrange digital signatures.
  • You make the necessary applications at the enterprise office.
  • You will handle VAT applications and manage mandates.
  • You support the transfer of files from other offices.

On the other hand, you will be in charge of welcoming and daily operation of the office:

  • You manage meeting rooms from A to Z.
  • You order office materials and track inventory.
  • You practically prepare the arrival of new colleagues: preparing desks, etc.
  • On a quarterly basis, you scan incoming VAT returns and contact clients to request missing documents.

  • You will work accurately in processing files. Experience in accounting is certainly not a requirement, you will mainly perform support tasks.
  • You are fluent in communication with colleagues and customers and you speak/write perfect Dutch. In addition, you have a good basic knowledge of French.
