You organize the selection process from start to finish with an eye for quality and turnaround time. You look beyond the resume and match talent, potential with their ambition and cultural fit. You involve the offices in every step so that decisions are supported.
You attract and enthuse the right people.
With targeted online campaigns and thoughtful offline actions, you'll reach candidates who identify with Titeca's values and ambitions. You will represent Titeca at job fairs and recruitment events and make our culture come alive there.
You'll work with marketing to build our employer story.
You work closely with the marketing team so that employer branding content, channels and candidate experience are consistent and authentic. This way, every candidate gets a clear, warm and professional impression.
You collaborate and coordinate smoothly.
You are a sparring partner for team leaders and office managers. You translate needs into clear profiles, organize a smooth process and provide clear briefing, tools and templates.
You think ahead and continuously improve.
