As a Digital Learning & Development Producer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing digital learning solutions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in promoting effective knowledge transfer and management through innovative technologies and platforms. You will work closely with your other colleagues within the Learning & Development team and other departments to develop and implement digital learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
Additionally, together with the L&D team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth and development of our employees and fostering a learning culture within our organization. Managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS):
- Maintaining the LMS and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Providing user support and training employees on how to use the LMS.
- Analyzing learning data.
Designing and implementing digital training content Where these are deployable:
- Analyze learning needs and objectives to develop customized e-learning modules.
- Create interactive and engaging digital learning materials.
- Continually evaluate and improve our digital training content based on feedback and performance data.
- Analyze new technologies and trends in digital learning.
Organizing our digital training:
- Collaborate with internal experts and external trainers to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences.
- Monitor participant experience and collect feedback for improvement of future training.
The Management and maintenance of our intranet and knowledge management system:
- Maintain and update the intranet and knowledge management system with relevant learning content and resources.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration by creating online communities and forums.
And also because of this:
You hold a bachelor's degree and preferably have initial work experience within L&D and more specifically in digital content creation.
In addition, of course, you also have digital fingers. Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook hold no secrets for you. You get excited when new tools come onto the market. Testing or rolling out new software? Totally your thing. Experience with Sharepoint, Adobe Premiere pro, Indesign is a plus.
