If so, this position is like Planning & Process Coordinator at Titeca Pro Accountants & Experts might be for you.

In this position you will take on both work distribution and capacity planning as well as quality monitoring and process optimization within Cluster North, with the Bruges, Ostend and Knokke offices. You will be a central link between colleagues, team coaches and office managers. You ensure uniformity, smooth cooperation and a strong internal operation, so that we can continue to support our customers smoothly and with quality.

What your day as a Planning & Process Coordinator looks like:

  • Work distribution and capacity planning
    • You distribute files based on employees' talents, competencies and growth opportunities.
    • You closely monitor the staffing and capacity of teams.
    • You anticipate absences and proactively reschedule.
    • You will work closely with team coaches and office managers to continuously coordinate schedules.
    • You ensure a transparent and smooth flow of information between all parties involved.
  • Quality monitoring and process improvement
    • You will oversee the uniform application of practices across all Cluster North offices.
    • You will be the point of contact for questions regarding processes, practices and quality issues.
    • You analyze bottlenecks and work out solutions in consultation with appropriate colleagues.
    • You ensure that procedures are kept up-to-date and correctly applied.
    • You actively seek improvement opportunities to increase quality, efficiency and collaboration.

Your and - and profile:

  • Numeracy and agility
    You have a degree in economics or equivalent experience, supplemented by at least three years of relevant work experience. You can clearly interpret data analysis, making thoughtful estimates for planning purposes. You are familiar with digital tools and are open to new ways of working, including AI applications.
  • Communicative and connecting
    You coordinate clearly with colleagues, team coaches and office leaders. You build trust, bring people together and ensure that everyone is well informed. You listen, dare to keep asking questions and identify bottlenecks in a constructive way. You help look for solutions that are workable for everyone.
  • Analytical thinking and pragmatic action
    You investigate a problem thoroughly, but always keep in touch with what is happening on the shop floor. You think ahead and quickly see what steps are needed to prevent bottlenecks. You look for solutions that work today and in the long term. You get energy from improving processes, with a focus on efficiency and feasibility.
  • Plan and improve processes
    You guard qualitative and profitable processes and uniform working methods within the cluster. You like to work with clear agreements and clear processes. You ensure a well thought-out distribution of work and maintain an overview, even when many things move at once. You think along about how the internal operation within the cluster can be even more efficient and take the initiative to implement improvements.
